【J-goods Ramen Tasting event】Ikkousha Hakata Ramen Torrance store

其實最近加入了J-goods吃貨好康團,又再度被邀請去參加拉麵試吃活動。本以為也只是去免費試吃一餐然後貼貼文,沒想到受到店長熱情款待加解說 (大概是因為有帶正妹一起去的關係,我們聽到的資訊比其他試吃貴賓多很多,連店長秘密武器都拿出來了還有廚房都參觀了一輪XDDDD 那個正妹光環絕對不是我因為我今天恍神又邋遢還一堆最近失眠的痘疤連錢包都忘了帶出門...還好試吃是免費的阿哈哈) 由於店長Yasu桑實在是解說得太仔細了我寫了很多筆記,所以我是要來分三段寫美食心得作文。

這間的位址在Torrance有名的居酒屋Torihei旁邊,以前也是間拉麵店(但實在是不怎麼樣),後來就換成這間博多一幸舍拉麵。(台北站前店也即將在10月17日星期六 PM1:00開幕喔!!)

一進店裡看完店主介紹感覺很威...開了很多分店得了很多獎。坐下來後我眼睛一亮!!!! 阿哈哈發現辛子高菜! 第一次吃到辛子高菜是在Sawtelle的名沾麵店Tsujita總店,那之後就愛上了!! 但是在LA拉麵店真的不常見,所以我常常對它念念不忘,沒想到在這間店又看到。鹹鹹辣辣的醃菜配拉麵很好吃。

然後我又發現桌上有個裝芝麻的容器,研究了半天才發現...這東西真是太神奇了!!!! 只需要把他上下顛倒蓋子打開,抓著那個小把手轉,芝麻就可以磨成粉末倒在拉麵上!!喔喔喔喔真是簡單又方便的磨芝麻工具啊!!! (<---整個鄉巴佬發現新事物)

(後來發現韓超也有賣這東西忍不住買了一個回家)

之後店員就拿菜單給我們選看我們要吃甚麼。因為實在是甚麼都很想試所以點了....有點多....照片請看PART II。

Got invited by J-goods Magazine's Oishi Sho again for the new ramen tasting event. I thought it's just a ordinary tasting event (you eat and leave) but surprisingly we had a VERY INFORMATIVE "tasting + tour" with store manager Yasu san. (So I actually got an essay to write here LOL.)

After entering the store you will see an intro about the founder 吉村幸助 who is also a many ramen awards winner (see photo for his awards). After we got seated the first thing I noticed (that I love very much) was actually the 辛子高菜 (spicy pickled vegetable) XDD This tastes really good with ramen and you should give it a try. Garlic is a must too! You should try the original broth first and then you add the garlic to bring up the flavor. They also have that interesting sesame mill that's so easy to use. You just turn the wheel by its tiny handle then u get golden flecks!! Anyway it might not be anything special to Japanese but it's really new and interesting to me.

We got the menu afterwards and since everything sounded delicious...we kinda ordered....a little too much. See part II for food photos. XD
